Terms and Conditions

Appointments

  1. By placing a booking via this website, email or social platforms (Facebook & Instagram), you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
  2. All bookings require a non-refundable £20 deposit which comes off your overall total. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of your appointment.
  3. Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel ahead of time will result in losing your deposit.
  4. No shows will not be tolerated, and you will not be booked in again. This is would also result in losing your deposit.
  5. Please arrive at your appointment right on time. I may not be able to greet you straight away if you arrive too early.
  6. Any lateness past 10 minutes will not be tolerated and the appointment will be cancelled.
  7. No extra guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
  8. The remaining amount must be paid before leaving Labardi Lashes premises upon completion of your treatment.
  9. Should any issues arrive after treatment; e.g fall outs, allergic reaction. Please inform me as soon as possible so the issue can be addressed.
  10. If for any reason you are unhappy with your treatment, please inform me as soon as you can so we can arrange an alternative if possible.
  11. All issues must be addressed within the first 48hours after your treatment.
  12. Resolutions to complaints will NOT include monetary compensation or refunds.
  13. Labardi Lashes reserves the rights to use any pictures taken of your treatment on social media or marketing purposes. You are at liberty to refuse to be photographed however.

RETURN POLICY
We currently do not offer a return or exchange policy as we are unable restock returned or opened goods due to sanitary reasons.

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

LABARDI LASHES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ORDERS.
Any customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc…) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped 1-2 days after placing order, please add processing time to choose shipping time.
Cancelling an Order:
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please email us at info@labardilashes.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
